Most probably the best available in the market as I am writing this is the PegasusAstro EqDirect cable which works with both NINA on PC and ASIAIR, very good quality well-made but the USB head is big that you can fit only this cable in a raw of two while using Raspberry Pies due to small space between the USB inputs.

Therefore making a customized cable may allow you to use the last USB input which I couldn’t use.
What I had:
1- USB-C FT232 adapter (I was using to flash ESP32-CAM boards which can also do simply with an Arduino Uno so no big loss!)
2- USB C male to USB A male cable (always available around maybe your cell phone has one for charging and PC connection)
So I went to the supermarket and bought myself an Ethernet/Lan cable (Hama 00200668) split it into half so I ended up with an Ethernet/LAN cable wired as T568B with RJ45 plug for mount’s hand controller port.
The pinout :
Blue (4) to GND (black)
White-Blue (5) to RXD (Yellow)
Green (6) to TXD (Orange)
9600 Baud
8 Data Bits
no Parity
1 stop Bit
Set the board with jumper for 5V as HEQ5 expects.
It works perfectly but I still love my PegasusAstro Cable.
